Jade passed away in her sleep during the early hours of today. She lost her fight with cervical cancer which spread throughout her body. During her last few months she ensured that she could accumulate as much money as possible to ensure that her precious sons would be ok financially.She is leaves behind two sons, husband Jack Tweed and her mum Jackie.
